Besen Capital currently seeks experienced individuals with strong selling abilities to become an integral part of a very fast growing, company. Responsibilities include: Building and pursuing relationships within the real estate community; Attracting new mortgage loan applications, both by networking and canvassing. Analyzing and underwriting prospective real estate deals; Representing Besen Capital in a professional manner at all times; and upholding Besen Capital’s impeccable reputation within the industry. You will be working directly with the managing team, and thereby receive one-on-one guidance, as well as the training and tools necessary in order to succeed.

The preferred candidate is driven, outgoing, analytical, and willing to put in the time and effort necessary to succeed. Candidates must thrive in a highly professional, entrepreneurial, and energetic environment. Experience in the mortgage/commercial real estate industry is a plus. A Bachelors degree in Business/finance related field or equivalent industry experience is preferred: Strong writing skills and proficiency in Excel desirable.
